工作內容
- 工作描述:
- 1.Familiar with ICT, AXI, Underfill, Assembly skill
2. Production process monitor, from sample run to Mass production. Include ICT, AXI, Underfill, Assembly, Testing
2. Compile data to generate DFM/DFT feedback report to our design team and assist product design improvement
3. Complete customer’s requirement and DOE during NPI phase.
4. Co-work with factory complete SOP and process parameter and data collection.
5. Co-work with IQC/QA to review quality issues and performance of CM correct action
6. Perform fail analysis and co-work with RD and customer for critical NG symptom.
7. Understand SMT/Wave solder is better.
8. Watch out project transfer from Taiwan to Malaysia factory - 工作待遇:

- 普通重型機車,普通小型車,
- 其他條件:
- • Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
• Language Skills: English, Mandarin
• Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
• Good knowledge of machinery or mechanism design.
