- Summary:
We are looking for experienced Liquid Cooling Solution Product Managers and service engineers to promote and support our customers.
Closely work with marketing and engineering teams to review the product specification and design of
mechanical, thermal, and system architecture to enable competitive, high-quality liquid cooled server
product. Work out what customers want, help the business to build the right product, and then supporting
the business to sell it. Ensure the product supports the company’s strategy and goals. Early engage with customers and closely service with customers.
1) On-site support liquid cooled server system into customer datacenter
2) Manage 3-party of service partner
3) Management customer issue. Track issue till close
4) Report/ Summary service project status
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. This position will be responsible for timely startup, maintenance and repairs of the equipment used in
mission critical data center environments
2. Provides service and customer support during field visits and/or dispatches
3. Manages all on site startup, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
4. Cooperates and shares information with the technical teams
5. Assist with repairing and calibrating systems, and replacing various components such as Cooling Tower's, Chillers, and compressors Etc.. - 工作待遇:

- 1) Overall min 3-5 years of experience in data center field services
2) International work experience and flexibility to work with global teams in various time zones, the role
requires domestic and international travel
3) Capability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
4) Self-starter that can be hands-on and able to work independently
5) Strong knowledge in Liquid Cooling or HVAC Technology
