[WFH] Senior HRIS Specialist / Analyst

工作內容
- 工作描述:
- 1. Work with COE team to drive HR digital transformation
2. Project manage and coordinate with IT and site HR teams to implement Global HRDB phase 2 project and reporting needs.
3. Continuously improve the functionality of HRIS jobs and meet evolving business needs, collaboration with cross-functional teams for data integrity and quality.
4. Analyze HRIS requirement to enhance HRIS procedures and prepare customized reports for Global HR operation needs and decision making
5.Prepare high quality documents for system configurations and processes and prepare required course materials for all site HRs and analyze the business requirement to prepare required dashboards and metrics. - 工作待遇:
