工作描述:: • Summary:

SuperMicro is seeking an product manager (PM) of Cable to pro-actively create cable solutions into various SuperMicro’s servers and storage systems based on market opportunities and provides necessary support for debugging on related platforms. The PM will provide product support from an electrical, mechanical, thermal, air flow, and troubleshoot as needed. The PM must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. In addition, this PM should have the capability to help system debugging related to cables installed in the target system whenever there is a reported issue.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
includes, but not limited to:
1. Participate in cross-functional operations activities, including Engineering, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
2. Partner closely with design engineering and operation's technical teams to assess and manage all program risks.
3. Plan and drive execution of engineering development builds through ramp up.
4. Review and monitor data accurately from a variety of sources into the company’s database systems.
5. Support Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams on customer related cable issues.
6. Manage development in road map of various cable solutions.

其他條件:: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent qualification like Engineering or Science majors with at least three years of related working experiences.
2. Familiar with power solutions for Server/Storage products is preferred.
3. 3-5 years of Program/Project Management/System debugging experience is preferred.
4. Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members.
5. Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different groups.
6. Understand power safety regulation, high speed cable standards, and RoHS specification for worldwide customers
