Summary
We are seeking (Sr.) Software Product Manager (BMC) to develop and drive the server systems management software/firmware solutions that delight our customers and generate revenue.
The (Sr.) SW PM works closely with product management, engineering, validation, production, sales, FAE/TS and marketing teams to deliver competitive and high-quality software/firmware product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction, schedule and quality are met.
The job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Deliver the server systems management software/firmware solutions that delight our customers and generate revenue
● BMC product roadmap planning in terms of company's goals and strategies, BMC product differentiation, significant feature collaborated with hardware (or software) vendors (or partners)
● BMC feature planning in terms of industrial specs, Intel or AMD platforms, hardware components, competitive analysis and customer requests
● BMC requirement defining in associated with BMC feature planning, multiple product (or design) specs, software tools, targeted platforms (or systems)
● BMC feature management including but not limited to BMC feature development enabling, essential technical coordination with multiple teams, and BMC feature development progress and release management
● BMC quality improvement including but not limited to spec dependency clarification (or collaboration) with multiple teams, BMC feature requirement classification, BMC critical issue management
● BMC vulnerability review and solution management with cross-functional team’s coordination
● Pre-sale support for new business creation and existing business expansion
● Customer request handling and post-sales technical support
● Product promotion and training material management not limited to official website and document release
● Suggest and plan improvements to product, solution, and process

其他條件:
● BS or higher degree in EE-related, CS or CE
 ● 3+ years of experience in BMC product management
 ● Knowledge on BMC related industrial specs, BMC firmware architecture, and competitive analysis on BMC feature.
 ● Knowledge and skill in leading inconsistent BMC firmware design correlated with BMC front-end and back-end implementation
 ● Experience in hardware-dependent or platform-dependent feature requirement defining in associated with design spec or design guide from vendors.
 ● Experience in BMC feature enabling with multiple teams including but not limited to hardware, firmware (e.g. BIOS, CPLD), software tool, Add-on card team.
 ● Experience and skill in solving design incompatibility between BMC firmware and the other hardware (or firmware, software) components
 ● Experience and skill in various customer requested supports including but not limited to detailed feature and critical issue clarification
 ● Experience in product promo
