What you will be doing:

1. Product Qualification on New development and Product/Process Change validation 
Customer spec review and provide suggestion spec limit to Prod Marketing and Regional Marketing. 

2. Review/highlight product yield variance 

3. Build up test spec, test program, p/n.. in system 

4. Review Product STD yield in BOM
