工作內容

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage key project workstreams within larger NPI or manufacturing ramp programs.
2. Track milestone schedules, deliverables, action items, and program risks across cross-functional teams.
3. Facilitate regular meetings, drive follow-ups, and maintain issue/action trackers.
4. Communicate with stakeholders across functions and time zones, ensuring alignment and timely execution
5. Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts.
6.     Business travel or visits to overseas manufacturing facilities, as necessitated by task requirements, to ensure seamless production operations. 

Hard Skills/Experience
1. Must have technical background
2. Hands-on experience managing or supporting projects with major clients, such as European and American consumer electronics brands .
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration.
4. Language Proficiency – Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Nice-to-have
1. Overseas or Cross-Cultural Working Experience
2. Basic Knowledge of Molding and Metrology
3. Experience with FACA Processes (Failure Analysis and Corrective Action)
4. Eexperience in  Lens industry
