工作內容

We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional with semiconductor industry experience to support cross-functional operations across engineering, product management, quality, customer support, and supply chain coordination.

Candidates with experience in Memory products (DRAM, NAND Flash, SRAM, eMMC, LPDDR, etc.) are highly preferred.

# Key Responsibilities

- Support semiconductor product engineering activities and technical coordination
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, application support, and issue tracking
- Coordinate internally with product, quality, testing, and supply chain teams
- Support product qualification, yield monitoring, reliability tracking, and failure analysis
- Handle customer quality issues, corrective actions, and RMA follow-up
- Monitor supplier and product quality performance
- Assist with production planning, shipment coordination, and material status tracking
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and presentations
- Support cross-functional communication between customers, factories, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist management with project coordination and operational improvement initiatives

# Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in semiconductor industry or subcontractor environment
- Background in any of the following areas is preferred:
  A. Product Engineering
  B. Test Engineering
  C. Field Application Engineering (FAE)
  D. Customer Support Engineering
  E. Product Quality / Supplier Quality
  F. Supply Chain Coordination
  G. Technical Documentation
- Memory product experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good English communication and technical writing ability
- Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing flow and customer support processes

- 協助生產排程、出貨協調與料況追蹤
- 撰寫與整理技術文件、報告、規格資料與簡報內容
- 協助客戶、工廠、Subcon 與內部團隊之間的溝通協調
- 協助主管推動專案管理與營運流程改善

#條件需求

- 具半導體產業或 Subcon（封裝 / 測試 / 代工）相關經驗
- 具以下任一領域經驗尤佳：
  A. Product Engineer
  B. Test Engineer
  C. Field Application Engineer (FAE)
  D. Customer Support Engineer
  E. Product Quality / Supplier Quality
  F. Supply Chain Coordination
  G. Technical Documentation
- 熟悉 Memory 產品者優先
- 具良好溝通協調能力與跨部門合作能力
- 細心、有責任感，能同時處理多項工作
- 具英文溝通與技術文件撰寫能力
- 熟悉半導體產品流程與客戶支援流程尤佳
