工作內容

服務於前端科技領域，您必須與機械 、光學、電子電路之方面的專家協作，以完成新型半導體設備光學系統設計工作。

角色與職責

• 進行細部光學設計、光學元件佈局，並對新設計或改良過的次系統進行ray tracing
• 產出光學模組或系統之概念以滿足產品規格
• 對光學次系統或元件進行波前分析
• 針對系統或次系統層面進行光學誤差分析
• 與其他光學設計工程師及機構工程師合作完成樣機及試作機設計
• 設計驗證實驗
• 建立測試計畫及其流程，實際執行並簡化數據及分析，再根據數據分析結果修正設計
• 其他主管交辦事項

學經歷要求

• 光學、物理或相關工程領域碩士以上及三年以上工作經驗
• 專精光學設計、公差控制及分析軟體如Zemax, FRED, Code V者尤佳
• 熟悉傅立葉光學元件及成像者尤佳
• 熟悉機構三維建模工具者尤佳
• 具備光學系統校準實際操作經驗

Working at the cutting edge of tech, you will have to work with other system developers including mechanical, optical, and electronic experts on the optical system design for new semiconductor equipment.

Role and responsibilities

• Performs detailed optical design, optical component layout, and ray tracing for new or improved optical subsystems.
• Generates optical module or system concepts to meet product requirements.
• Performs wavefront analysis of optical subsystems and components.
• Performs optical tolerance analysis at system and subsystem levels.
• Works with Optical Design Engineers and Mechanical Engineers/CAD Designers for prototype and pilot detailed design.
• Designs verification testing.
• Develops test plans, create test procedures, perform tests and data reduction, and evaluate test data. Modifies designs based on test results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and experience

• Requires a minimum of a master’s degree in Optics, Physics, or relevant engineering discipline, plus 3 years of industrial experience. 
• Expert in optical design, tolerancing, and analysis software (e.g., Zemax, FRED, Code V).
• Familiarity with Fourier optics, and image formation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mechanical 3D solid modeling design software is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with optical system alignment. 
• Experience with product development is a plus.
• Ability to work either independently or as part of a development team.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-moving high-tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
