1.美語部HR 管理: 英文母語教師招聘, ARC辦理, 出勤管理, 人員培訓
2.集團已具備成熟課程與管理體系, 需擅長執行與持續改善課程提升與教學品質提升
3.擅長多校區集團式管理與跨部門合作（新竹與龍潭多校區）
4.協助代課工作安排, 必要時需親自代課（全美語教學, 每月代課不超過8天, 自備交通工具）
5.日常不同校區巡園
6.精通中英文聽說讀寫
7.具備美語教育管理或教學相關3年以上經驗


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as English Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong passion for education, and exceptional organizational abilities. This role encompasses HR and administrative management, curriculum development, continuous improvement of teaching quality within the English Department, as well as occasional classroom substitution when needed.

Duty description: 
1. English Department HR Management: Responsible for Native English teacher recruitment, ARC processing, attendance management, and training plans.
2. The group has a well-established curriculum and management system; the role requires strong execution skills and the ability to improve curriculum and teaching quality continuously.
3. Experienced in multi-campus group management and cross-department collaboration (multiple campuses in Hsinchu and Longtan).
4. Assist with substitute teaching arrangements and be able to substitute in person when necessary (full English instruction; no more than 8 days of substitute teaching per month; must have own transportation).
5. Regular campus visits across different school locations.
6. Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
7. Minimum of 3 years of experience in English education management or related teaching roles.


Qualifications:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
