【Company】
A leading global ticketing platform, is looking for an Event Data Management Associate to join Online Store Data Management team in Taipei. This team is responsible for the creation and upkeep of all event-related content and data on the website, covering concerts, sports games, festivals, and theater worldwide. Your work ensures that fans around the globe can access accurate and appealing event information in real time.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about live entertainment, highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

【Responsible】
◎ Review and create live event listings through the company’s internal global event management system, covering concerts, sports games, festivals, theater performances, and other live events.

◎ Verify and cross-check event information through official websites, venue websites, artist pages, and trusted ticketing platforms to ensure the accuracy of event dates, venues, ticket categories, and related details.

◎ Handle event verification across 150+ countries and regions, while adapting to different ticketing systems and event formats in various markets.

◎ Collaborate closely with the internal QA team by submitting verified event data for final review and publication on the website.

◎ When customers report missing event listings on the platform, quickly investigate and verify the legitimacy of the event, then create and update the related event information to support platform transactions.

◎ Assist in resolving event data issues, incorrect information, and other operational problems that may impact transaction processes.

◎ Maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. Since incorrect event information may result in financial loss for the company, this role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent data verification skills.

【Information】
_Working hours: 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM (Fixed schedule)
_Days off: Two days off per week (either Friday–Saturday or Sunday–Monday)
_Location: Taipei City, Zhongshan District (next to Mackay Memorial Hospital)

【Compensation & Benefits】
_Monthly salary: NT$50,000 with performance bonus!
_Year-end bonus: Equivalent to one month’s salary
_Full training provided upon onboarding

【Job Requirements】
✓ Bachelor’s degree or above; no specific major required.
✓ Fluent in English
✓ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
✓ Proactive, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks, strong written and verbal communication skills
✓ Interest in music, sports, or the entertainment industry is highly preferred.
