工作內容

>Financial Modeling：Build robust valuation models (DCF, rNPV, comps) to assess
   investment opportunities and challenge assumptions.
>Deal Execution：Lead the due diligence process, structure deals, and support term
   sheet negotiations.
>Sourcing：Proactively originate high-quality deal flow through an extensive network
   in the VC and biotech ecosystem.
>Portfolio Management：Work closely with portfolio companies on strategy,
   financing, and exit planning (IPO/M&A).
>Other missions assigned by the supervisor.
