Responsibilities:
Schedule & Travel Management:
● Manage schedules, including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
● Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
Corporate & Event Coordination:
● Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
● Act as a liaison between departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Executive Support & Task Management:
● Handle tasks assigned by the executive, ensuring timely completion.
● Track and follow up on pending tasks and key action items.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
● Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
● Uphold high ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality.
Communication & Coordination:
● Facilitate smooth internal and external communications.
● Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirement:
