工作內容
1. Oversee social media ecosystem, including content operations, community
management, and platform performance tracking.
2. Develop and execute social & digital advertising strategies to enhance brand
visibility, engagement, and campaign efficiency.
3. Support CRM initiatives via HubSpot, ensuring accurate data flow and timely
deployment of customer journeys and communications. While performing
routine CRM tasks to foster sustained customer relationships.
4. Create seasonal e-greetings and lead annual VIP birthday digital greeting
proposals, well managing skill with end-to-end vendor coordination.
5. Drive gifting strategy and production supervision, with monthly inventory
consolidation across boutiques and Headquarters.
6. Conceptualize and implement visual merchandising designs, including seasonal
window displays, in-store setups, and brand exhibition updates in alignment
with luxury brand standards.
7. Maintain and update visual assets, including boutique window videos,
campaign-related materials, and annual marketing documentation.
8. Provide timely assistance on store renovation or construction projects as
assigned.
9. Produce high-quality graphic designs, such as magazine advertisements,
department store materials, and internal communications; manage printing,
execution, and vendor collaboration.
10. Ensure accurate execution of detailed payment processes to maintain overall
departmental budget integrity.
