工作內容
Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Helps establish and implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Channel Sales strategy. Applies advanced knowledge of the Channel Sales field to establish best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results-based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Channel Sales capabilities.
Contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the Channel Sales area.
Delivers Sales vs. Quota by month, quarter and year for assigned customer(s) and/or geography.
Integrates new methods based on analyses of trends, the competitive landscape, and partner accounts to capture new business opportunities and identify business gaps to continually improve the organization's Channel Sales strategy.
Delivers systems to expand existing partnerships and encourages individuals to collaborate with named partners to develop strategies that align with market vision, accelerate pipeline movement, and grow market share.
Assesses key indicators and metrics through the sales cycles and assists in the management of the channel pipeline and sales forecast.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
