工作內容

1. Strategy & SOP Design: 
Design new strategies and optimize existing delivery SOPs and the Rider APP in collaboration with Product and Operations teams to ensure service quality, rider experience, and sustainable capacity growth.

2. Drive Delivery Performance: 
Optimize KPIs and operational strategies—including productivity, speed, and service quality—through data analysis, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.

3. Product & Process Testing: 
Lead, design, and track product feature tests and operational process pilots (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance productivity, SOP adherence, and overall efficiency.
