工作內容
1.輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單,並將訂單資料存檔備份。
2.保持與客戶間之聯繫,回覆e-mail,並確認交貨期。
3.協助業務副總控管出貨事宜。
4.定期提供業務銷售狀況報表,以供業務副總參考。
5.協助業務副總處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。
6.與國外客人參加亞洲採購。
7.參加一年兩次的美國展覽。
- Provide support to the VP of Merchandising on daily tasks.
- Provide support to the New Products Sourcing Department on customer inquiries.
- Communicate order and/or customer-related issues with factories.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests including artwork generation, specification
sheet creation, and new item setup.
- Work with our quality control team to solve quality and customer issues.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department on container loading and shipping issues.
- When travel restrictions cease: Travel to factories to build relationships with the VP
of merchandising.
- When travel restrictions cease: Travel to our bi-annual North American
conventions/shows in varying cities across the U.S. (rotational selection)
