工作內容

＊職務內容為兩大方向 ： 產品與測試工程 & 客戶技術支援

方向 A：產品與測試工程 / Product & Test Engineering

1. 負責 SRAM／DRAM／Flash 產品的測試程式開發、除錯與量產維護，並與封測協力廠（Subcon／OSAT）協同進行測試導入與相關性驗證（correlation）。
2. 執行產品特性驗證（characterization）、Shmoo／Margin 分析與規格確認，協助datasheet 參數定義。
3. 監控量產良率與 bin 分佈，進行良率異常分析並提出改善對策；追蹤測試時間（test time）與測試成本優化。
4. 執行新產品驗證（Qualification）計畫，包含可靠性測試（HTOL、HAST、TC 等）與 JEDEC 相關規範確認。
5. 維護工程與量產資料、測試報告、規格文件與變更通知（PCN／ECN）。

方向 B：客戶技術支援 / Customer Technical Support

6. 擔任客戶與代理商的技術窗口，提供記憶體產品選型、pin-to-pin 替代料建議與規格比對（cross reference）。 
7. 支援客戶設計導入（design-in）與量產導入，協助解決訊號完整性、時序、電源與相容性等系統端問題。 
8. 處理客戶技術問詢、樣品需求、EOL／LTB 與替代方案建議，並協同總部產品團隊回覆。 
9. 負責客戶抱怨與退貨（RMA）的技術處理，協同品質團隊完成失效分析（FA）與 8D 回覆。 
10. 支援業務與代理商進行技術訓練、產品簡報與新產品推廣；蒐集市場與競品資訊回饋總部。


Track A：Product & Test Engineering

1. Develop, debug and maintain test programs for SRAM / DRAM / Flash products; drive test release and correlation at subcontractors / OSATs.
2. Perform device characterization, Shmoo / margin analysis and spec validation; support datasheet parameter definition.
3. Monitor production yield and bin distribution, drive yield excursion analysis and corrective actions; optimize test time and test cost.
4. Xecute new product qualification plans, including reliability testing (HTOL, HAST, TC) and JEDEC compliance.
5. Maintain engineering and production data, test reports, specifications, and change notices (PCN / ECN).

Track B：Customer Technical Support
6. Act as the technical interface for customers and distributors: memory device selection, pin-for-pin replacement recommendations, and cross-reference support. 
7. Support customer design-in and production ramp; help resolve signal integrity, timing, power and compatibility issues at the system level. 
8. Handle technical inquiries, sample requests, EOL / LTB notifications and alternative-part proposals, coordinating with HQ product teams. 
9. Own the technical side of customer complaints and RMA; work with quality on failure analysis and 8D responses. 
10. Deliver technical training, presentations and new-product promotion for sales and distribution channels; feed market and competitive intelligence back to HQ.


＊必要條件 / Requirements

1. 電子、電機、物理、材料或相關科系專科／學士以上
2. 2 年以上半導體測試／產品工程，或 FAE／應用工程／客戶技術支援相關經驗
（Engineering Assistant 職級可接受應屆或 1 年以下）
3. 能看懂電路圖、記憶體 datasheet 與 timing diagram
4. 方向 A 需：熟悉 ATE 測試機台其中一種以上（Advantest、Teradyne、Chroma、Eagle 等）、具資料分析能力（Excel／JMP／Python 任一）
5. 方向 B 需：良好的英文書信與會議溝通能力、可配合國內外客戶拜訪出差
6. 可閱讀並撰寫英文技術文件

1. Associate degree or above in EE, Electronics, Physics, Materials or related field
2. 2+ years in semiconductor test / product engineering, or in FAE / application engineering / customer technical support
(Entry level acceptable for the Engineering Assistant track)
3. Able to read schematics, memory datasheets and timing diagrams
4. Track A also requires: hands-on with at least one ATE platform (Advantest, Teradyne, Chroma, Eagle); data analysis capability (Excel / JMP / Python)
5. Track B also requires: solid written and spoken English; willingness to travel for domestic and overseas customer visits. 
6. Able to read and write English technical documentation.


＊加分條件 / Preferred

1. 具測試板（load board／probe card）相關經驗，或具 Wafer sort 與 Final test 雙端經驗
2. 熟悉工業、車用或網通應用
3. 具代理商（distributor）通路支援經驗
4. 具「工程 + 客戶端」雙重歷練者為本職缺最理想人選

1. Load board / probe card experience or exposure to both wafer sort and final test.
2. Familiarity with industrial, automotive or networking applications.
3. Distributor channel support experience. 
4. Candidates with combined engineering and customer-facing experience are the ideal profile for this role.
