工作內容

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to be responsible for leading and executing cross-functional product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong project management skills, effective coordination with hardware and software teams, and a foundational understanding of the payment industry to support product and certification success.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management activities across multiple product lines, from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets and schedules, ensuring cost control and timely execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams and other function teams to coordinate development, testing, and integration efforts.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and allocate appropriate resources to meet project demands and resolve issues proactively.
• Apply PMI/PMP and Agile methodologies to ensure structured and flexible project execution.
