｜職責｜
• 台灣北中南技術支援
•偶爾需要至亞洲區技術支援
• 進行廣泛的客戶支援活動，包括安裝、改造、維修和預防性維護。
• 根據業務需求支援特定站點、區域或產品。
• 擔任區域領導，並視需要協調其他服務工程師的工作方向。
• 安裝、修改、維修回流焊接及相關SMT 設備和系統並進行預防性維護，同時遵守公司政策、程序以及主管或現場領導的工作指導。
• 與客戶溝通，確保客戶對設備和服務水準感到滿意，並在需要時參加客戶營運/狀態會議。
• 按預期提交有關所有服務活動的報告，例如服務和狀態報告。
• 對公司和客戶人員進行設備操作和維護程序的訓練。
• 與同儕一起參與持續改善計畫和專案。
• 需熟練編寫技術文件和手冊。
• 為員工和客戶提供遠端技術支援。
• 經常出差，必要時24/7 待命。

｜經驗｜
• 至少5 年相關工作經驗。
• 必須有SMT行業設備安裝經驗。
• 優秀的溝通技巧，能夠清楚地用英語和普通話進行讀、寫和說，並與客戶和同事進行有效的溝通。
• 優秀的系統故障排除技能，利用結構化且全面的流程來確定中斷的根本原因，有能力獨立處理問題並實施糾正措施。

Responsibilities
•      Technical support in various regions of Asia
• Perform wide-ranging customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Support a specific site, Region, or Product depending on business needs.
• Act as region leader to coordinate work direction for other Service Engineers as needed.
• Install, modify, repair and perform preventive maintenance on reflow and related SMT equipment and systems while adhering to company policies, procedures and work direction of supervisor or site leads.
• Interface with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with equipment and service levels, as well as participate in customer operational/ status meetings if needed.
• Submit reports, such as Service and Status Reports, on all services activities as expected.
• Train company and customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and projects with peers.
• Required to proficiently write technical documentation and manuals.
• Provide remote technical support to employees and customers.
• Frequent business trip and 24/7 standby if necessary.

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Equipment installation experience in SMT industry is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to read, write and speak with clarity in English &Mandarin and interface effectively with customers and peers.
• Excellent systematic troubleshooting skills utilizing a structured and comprehensive process to determine the root causes of an outage, have the ability to handle problems independently and implement corrective action.

Education
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in any engineering discipline.
