Job Title: Firmware Engineer - NPU and SoC Driver Development

Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Firmware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing firmware for our cutting-edge Neural Processing Units (NPU) and SoC platform. You will work closely with both software and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration and high performance of our AI solutions. If you are passionate about embedded systems and have a strong background in firmware development, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize firmware for Neural Processing Units (NPU).
- Implement and maintain Bootloader, BSP, and Linux kernel.
- Implement and maintain Linux drivers for SoC platform.
- Integrate and debug peripheral drivers (UART, SPI, GPIO, etc.).
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components.
- SoC bring-up and system debugging.
- Perform FPGA verification to validate NPU firmware and hardware integration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in firmware development, particularly in embedded systems.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience with embedded CPUs (Andes or ARM) and SoC architecture.
- Experience with bare-metal, RTOS, or embedded Linux.
- Familiarity with peripheral drivers (UART, SPI, GPIO, etc.).
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as JTAG, Logic Analyzers, and GDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:
- SoC bring-up experience.
- Experience with Bootloader, BSP, and Linux kernel.
