Ark Taipei 正在尋找有志引導不同年齡學習者（小學與中學階段）的夥伴，與我們共同打造一個創新、以基督為中心，且充滿使命感的全英語環境。

工作時間： 週一至週五 7:30–15:30（具彈性，可面議）
薪資：月薪新台幣70,000元起（依相關經驗與能力有面議空間) 

在 Acton，引導者（Guides）不講課、不單向教學或說教。相反地，您將在一套經過驗證且完善設計的系統中，扮演遊戲創造者與蘇格拉底式引導者的角色。您將會： 
- 裝備學習者（Learners），使他們具備自主學習的能力
- 在發揮高度彈性與創造性解決問題的同時，嚴格堅守 Acton 模式的核心精神
- 提出清晰且敏銳的提問，引導學習者找到屬於自己的解決方案 
- 與引導者團隊及管理團隊緊密合作，共同推動學校營運與家長溝通 
- 調整並落實既有教材，使其完美契合我們獨特的校園文化與作息

- 英文能力達母語程度 
- 具備彈性與開放的心態，樂於學習並執行這套高度創新的學習者引導與教練系統，而不侷限於傳統的單向教學與指導

Ark Taipei is seeking individuals interested in guiding learners of different ages (Elementary and Middle School grades) and assisting in creating an innovative, Christ-centered, and mission-driven English-speaking environment. 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Flexible and open to discussion)
Salary: Starting from NT$70,000 / month (Commensurate with relevant experience and capabilities) 

At Acton, guides do not lecture, teach, or instruct. Instead, guides act as game creators and Socratic facilitators within a proven, predefined system. You will: 
- Equip learners to drive their own learning 
- Balance high flexibility and creative problem-solving with deep adherence to the Acton model
- Ask clear and sharp questions that guide learners to find their own solutions 
- Collaborate closely with the guides and leadership team on school operations and parent communication 
- Adapt and implement existing materials to fit our unique campus culture and schedule

Requirements: 
- Native-level English fluency 
- Demonstrates flexibility and openness, willing to develop, embrace, and implement a highly innovative system of guiding and coaching learners, rather than just teaching and instructing them 
- Possesses natural intuition and vision, believing in the tremendous and tremendously underestimated potential of young people to learn and to drive their own learning at an incredible pace and satisfaction 
- Inclination towards the Montessori method, even if it is not something the candidate is knowledgeable or experienced in yet 
- Has a sense that impacting young people is not just a suitable career path but a calling from God 
- Demonstrates a strong alignment with Ark’s Christ-centered mission, with the ability to uphold and role-model these values within a grace-filled, learner-driven environment 
- Personally committed to continuous learning, improvement, and growth as an individual and as part of a team/organization. "It's always Day 1." 
- Able to work independently and possesses good collaboration skills
