工作內容

【Responsibilities】
◆ Scrum Master
1. Manage each project’s scope and timeline
2. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
3. Coach team members in Agile frameworks
4. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
5. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
6. Help build a productive environment where team members enjoy working on it.

◆ Software Project Manager
1. Manage project milestones, WBS, work product and Issue tracking
2. Join Agile activity and execute project activity
3. Participate Sprint planning bi-weekly
4. Cowork with Scrum Master to improve Agile process

【Requirements】
◆ Scrum Master
1. Experience in a scrum master role
2. Familiarity with software development and an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
3. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user-stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
5. Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

◆ Software Project Manager
1. Familiarity with software development
2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
3. Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

【Great to Have】
1. Experience with automotive safety systems and their regulations (e.g. ISO 26262, ISO21434, etc.)
2. ASPICE, CMMI, Agile experience.
3. Scrum master certification
