工作內容

We are an iGaming software company building live casino and slot games, integrated with third-party operators. We process high volumes of transactions and are scaling our data platform to power financial reporting, regulatory needs, and business intelligence. We're looking for a Data Engineer to help design, build, and own our end-to-end ETL pipeline — from transactional databases through to our data warehouse and analytics layer.

===What You'll Do===

* Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines moving transactional data from PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora) into Redshift via zero-ETL, and onward into our lakehouse layer.
* Build and operate our Apache Iceberg + Parquet on S3 data warehousing layer, including table design, partitioning, compaction, and schema evolution.
* Develop and orchestrate data workflows in Apache Airflow to generate financial reports and feed downstream dashboards.
* Model data to support backoffice financial reporting (bets, settlements, wallet movements, operator reconciliation) with accuracy and auditability.
* Partner with BI stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable datasets in Tableau for metrics such as retention, player activity, and revenue.
* Write and maintain Python-based automation for ingestion, transformation, data quality checks, and monitoring.
* Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and lineage across the pipeline, with attention to the financial and compliance sensitivities of iGaming.
* Optimize for performance, cost, and reliability across AWS infrastructure.

===What We're Looking For===

* Strong SQL and hands-on experience with data warehousing (Redshift or comparable MPP/columnar systems).
* Production experience building and orchestrating pipelines with Apache Airflow.
* Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation.
* Experience with the AWS data stack (Aurora/PostgreSQL, Redshift, S3, IAM).
* Solid understanding of data modeling (dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions, reconciliation patterns).
* Familiarity with table formats / lakehouse concepts (Apache Iceberg, Parquet) — or strong appetite to learn.
* Comfort working with BI tools (Tableau or similar) and collaborating with analysts.

===Nice to Have===

* Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other high-volume transactional/financial domains.
* Exposure to zero-ETL or CDC-based replication.
* Familiarity with NodeJS-based services (our application servers are built in Node).
* Understanding of regulatory/compliance and audit requirements in regulated industries.
* Experience with cost optimization on AWS and data observability/quality frameworks.
