工作內容
◆Strategic Planning: Developed annual business plans including sales forecasting, traffic projections, and monthly target allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
◆Performance Monitoring: Analyzed key metrics (conversion rates, traffic, and promotional ROI) to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue. Also ensure day-to-day oepration are on track and in-time.
◆Budget & Ad Management: Oversaw the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, managing multi-channel ads (Meta, Google, LINE LAP) and optimizing media buying strategies.
◆Campaign Orchestration: Planned comprehensive promotional strategies, including campaign mechanics and GWP programs, to maximize brand visibility.
◆Competitive Intelligence: Monitored market trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge in the e-commerce landscape.
◆Sales and Profit maximization.
◆Manage customer service (CS) / after service (AS) operation
◆Manage EC visual designing
◆Over 7 years of working experiences, including strong e-commerce operations experience in a Retail, FMCG, Agency or marketplace.
◆Proven track record of eCommerce business, ideally in Taiwan.
◆Knowledgeable about design tools. (Photoshop, Illustrator)
◆Have a hands-on attitude
◆Proficient in Mandarin and English, Korean is a plus
