工作內容

服務於前端科技領域，您必須隨時準備應對新的挑戰與問題，並進行機構、光學、電子電路之間的跨領域協作，以完成新型半導體設備的運動和測量系統設計工作。

角色與職責:

- 對伺服運動控制系統、閉環反饋、伺服迴路、驅動系統及反饋裝置(鐳射, 編碼器等) 有深入的理解
- 對在各種壓力條件下的物理學，包含動力學、靜力學、震動及熱力學有基本理解 
- 操作實驗並進行數據處理及分析，尤其針對系統的動力學及震動特性 
- 模擬系統的動力學表現並反饋給機構工程師
- 進行完整系統、次系統、或子模組的實際測試 

學經歷要求:

- 學士以上機電或物理相關領域
- 1-3年以上伺服運動控制系統相關經驗
- 具工程軟體建模與分析經驗
- 具高精確度設備相關經驗(半導體相關尤佳)
- 具實驗室實作及設計分析，與問題解決之經驗
- 具設備規格需求及測試計畫編寫經驗


Working at the cutting edge of tech, you'll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – You will work with multidisciplinary teams with mechanical, optical, and electronic experts on the new wafer inspection motion and measurement system design.

Role and responsibilities

• Firm understanding of motion control systems, closed loop feedback operation, servo loop tuning, actuation systems and feedback devices (encode, laser interferometer, etc.).
• A fundamental understanding of multi-physics systems including kinematics, statics, dynamics, vibration, and thermodynamics in various pressure environments.
• Conduct experiments and perform data processing and analysis, especially in system dynamics and vibration.
• Simulation of system dynamics and provide feedback to mechanical design engineer.
• Performing hands-on testing on either complete systems or sub-systems and sub-modules.

Education and experience

• BS degree or higher in a mechatronics and/or multi-physics related field.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work related experience in motion control 
• Experience with modeling and analysis engineering software such as Matlab/Simulink, Ansys/Comsol etc.
• Experience with high precision equipment (semiconductor preferred).
• Both hands-on lab experience as well theoretical analysis of design and troubleshooting problems.
• Experience with technical writing of requirements, design specifications and test plans.
