CellMo is a rapidly growing materials R&D company, focusing on the application of novel porous metals in the structural and energy fields. As an RD and Application Engineer, a good candidate should be meticulous, responsible, and observant. Additionally, familiarity with metallic materials, thermal solutions, and mechanical properties is advantageous. You will be responsible for material design, experimentation, data analysis of porous metals, and closely collaborating with customers to co-develop new products.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing porous metal products for applications in mechanical and component applications.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly transition advanced laboratory technologies to factory-scale production processes. Design, optimize, and implement processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency in production. Work with production teams to ensure process feasibility and address technical challenges during manufacturing. Participate in equipment selection, planning, and validation to ensure the factory has appropriate equipment to support the introduction of new processes.
We Expect You To: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with practical experience in process development. Be familiar with basic principles of production manufacturing and process design, with a passion for process optimization. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and adapt quickly to changing environments. Have good communication skills for smooth coordination within teams and with external parties.
