工作內容

1. Equipment Installation & Commissioning
Perform installation, setup, commissioning, and acceptance testing of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

2. Preventive Maintenance & Repair
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, repairs, and component replacement to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.

3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

4. Application & Customer Support
Provide on-site technical and application support to customers, ensuring stable equipment operation and high customer satisfaction.

5. System Performance Optimization
Analyze equipment logs, performance data, and operational trends to identify issues and recommend improvements for system reliability and efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with global and regional engineering teams, including Applications, Installation, and Technical Support Engineers, to resolve technical challenges and improve service quality.

7. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, weekly activity updates, and technical documentation in a timely manner.

8. Training & Knowledge Sharing
Participate in internal and customer training programs to stay updated on product technologies, troubleshooting methods, and industry developments.

9. RMA & Parts Management
Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, spare parts handling, and repair coordination to support efficient service operations.

10. Safety & Compliance
Follow all company and customer safety procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements while performing on-site service activities and travel assignments.
