工作內容

Assist the Manager in managing supply chain and forecasting activities to maintain inventory at a reasonable level and improve forecasting accuracy.

協助主管管理供應鏈與預測相關作業，以維持合理的庫存水位，並提升預測準確度。

• Supervise team member to control safety inventory level to fulfill field’s requirement.
• Watch promotion and normal sales situation and work with supplier or purchasing department to adjust order quantity accordingly.
• Communicate inventory issues with Home Office and other departments for new product launch, off shelf, promotion plan, excess inventory digest plan, etc., to utilize storage space and reduce inventory cost.
• Forecast the future order amount based on estimated PC numbers by Sales and negotiate with Home Office.
• Handle SKU set up, safety stock set up, supply & demand set up, move call update, product allocation, purchasing for local SKU, etc.
• Review related reports and raise up solution program.

• 協助管理安全庫存水位，以符合門市及前線單位的需求。
• 追蹤促銷活動及一般銷售狀況，並與供應商或採購部門合作，適時調整訂購數量。
• 與美國總公司及內部相關部門溝通庫存問題，包括新品上市、產品下架、促銷計畫、過剩庫存消化計畫等，以有效運用倉儲空間並降低庫存成本。
• 依據業務單位提供的預估 PC 數，預測未來訂貨數量，並與美國總公司溝通協調。
• 負責 SKU 建立、安全庫存設定、供需設定、move call 更新、產品分配及本地 SKU 採購等作業。
• 檢視相關報表，並提出解決方案或改善建議。
