以色列商，在台成立超過 12 年，台灣辦公室規模精實穩定。
本職缺主要負責台灣辦公室物流協調作業，需與海外總部、供應商、貨運承攬商、報關行及倉儲端密切合作，確保亞洲區供應鏈與出貨流程順暢運作。

【Role Summary】

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Taiwan operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes between our suppliers, warehouses, and customers across Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in international logistics, import/export procedures, and supply chain coordination.

【Key Responsibilities】
 
Source and evaluate suppliers based on product specifications, cost, quality, supplier credentials, and responsiveness.

Identify and maintain a sufficient supplier pool, ensuring qualified suppliers are selected.

Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms.

Draft, generate, and release purchase orders (PO).

Monitor purchase order production status and ensure timely fulfillment.

Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Maintain accurate documentation and generate supply chain reports.

Support internal audits and compliance initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality control to manage potential product quality risks.
 
【Qualifications】
 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

【Preferred】
 
Professional communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A good team player.

Additional Ideal Qualifications:

Experience working in the technology industry with NPI (New Product Introduction).

Experience in SOURCING, PM (Project Management).

A background in engineering.

【任職資格】

供應鏈管理、工程學、商業或相關領域的學士學位。

3年以上供應鏈或採購經驗。

強大的分析和解決問題能力。

良好的中英文專業溝通能力。

能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立和協作工作。

有與以色列公司合作的經驗，尤其在跨國供應鏈合作中有實戰經驗。

良好的團隊合作精神。

【附加理想條件】

有在科技行業工作過的經驗，尤其是在新產品引入（NPI）方面。

有採購（SOURCING）或項目管理（PM）經驗。

具備工程背景者佳。
