Analytical Development Scientist

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and qualify analytical methods for identity, purity, and potency
• Lead method transfer to QC or CROs
• Support regulatory submissions and responses
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in NTA, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western blot, HPLC
• Excellent data integrity and documentation skills
Education 
MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
Experience 
3+ years analytical development experience
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred
Additional Notes
• Bilingual (Mandarin/English) environment common
• Regulatory documentation in English required

 • 開發並驗證身分、純度與效力相關之分析方法
 • 主導方法移轉至 QC 或委外檢測單位（CRO）
 • 支援法規送件與回覆相關分析資料

任職資格
 • 精通 NTA、qPCR／ddPCR、ELISA、Western blot、HPLC 等分析技術
 • 具備優良的資料完整性與文件管理能力

學歷
 • 分析化學、生物化學或相關領域碩士或博士

經驗
 • 3 年以上分析方法開發經驗
 • 具帶領或指導他人經驗者佳

 • 工作環境多為中英文並行
 • 法規相關文件需以英文撰寫
