1.Geometry simplification：Use Solid Works and ANSYS (Space Claim) to simplify the complex equipment geometry and make it ready for simulation.
2.Perform Simulation ：
•Perform stress/ strain simulations.
•Perform thermal deformation and fatigue simulations.
3.Perform Experiment：Perform precision related experiments in clean room environment.
4.Data Analysis：Perform data analysis on large datasets and summarize results
