• Review and refine testing plans for Network Controller projects.  

• Understand product features to ensure comprehensive testing.  

• Mentor and support junior engineers in test execution.  

• Perform manual testing and follow test plans to verify product quality.  

• Set up and manage test environments for reliable validation.  

• Write, update, and organize test plans and technical documents.  

• Identify, track, and report bugs, working closely with developers.  

• Reproduce customer-reported issues and assist in solutions.  

• Collaborate with teams to enhance testing processes and automation.  

• Assist in debugging and resolving automation-related issues.
