工作內容
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a communication bridge between customers and the Japan site.
2. Assist in collecting, clarifying, and defining customer feature requests.
3. Troubleshoot issues in products or systems.
4. Prepare clear and detailed issue reports to support the Japan site in problem identification and resolution.
5. Track issue status and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
