工作內容
The Licensing Manager will report to the Director of Licensing and will develop sales strategies and techniques to reach potential clients and create business opportunities for the company, ultimately converting these leads into commercial transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for customer service and building strong relationships to set sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute all sales planning and reporting functions, including channel development, gap analysis, forecasting, and re-forecasting.
- Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, setting goals and strategies for licensees, and collaborating with marketing, consumer groups, teams, product development, and finance departments to drive business growth.
- Actively manage and cultivate relationships with local partners.
- Negotiate contracts for specific clients and keep all key stakeholders informed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the creative team on product development and collaborate with the marketing team to support product sales.
- Execute new business development proposals and conduct research projects, focusing on identifying scalable business opportunities.
