Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to drive regional marketing programs and event/exhibition planning across global markets. You will own end-to-end planning and execution, localize marketing content, and work closely with regional sales teams and cross-functional partners to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute regional marketing activities across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
2. Lead end-to-end event and exhibition projects (trade shows, partner events, roadshows), including timeline, budget, vendors, logistics, and onsite execution.
3. Localize and adapt marketing content for different regions (messaging, sales materials, campaign assets) and coordinate necessary approvals.
4. Partner with regional sales teams to support pipeline goals, partner enablement, and customer engagement activities.
5. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Product Marketing, Creative/Content, PR, Sales Ops) to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.
6. Track project progress and results; consolidate post-event/campaign reports and provide improvement recommendations.
7. Manage external agencies and suppliers (booth design, print production, event organizers) to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
