工作內容：
1. 主導無人機子系統之完整開發週期規劃與實踐
2. 融入現有無人機之架構、組裝、線路配置與優化
3. 飛控參數的設置、調校與驗證
4. 飛行測試、分析、維護、維修等工作
5. 無人機機構、電路或動力的設計協作

招募條件：
1. 熟悉焊接技巧及電錶之使用
2. 熟悉多旋翼及固定翼無人機運作原理
3. 對無人機抱有熱忱者佳
4. 具無人機整機設計經驗者佳
5. 具無人機PID參數調整經驗者佳
6. 具電池電力系統知識及應用經驗者佳
7. 具無人機證照、民航局無人機活動申請或撰寫飛行計畫經驗者佳
8. 具有電機/電子/機械/航太技術等工程背景，具相關學位或同等經驗。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the complete development cycle planning and implementation for drone subsystems.
2. Integrate and optimize existing drone architecture, assembly, and wiring configurations.
3. Flight control parameter setup, tuning, and validation.
4. Flight testing, analysis, maintenance, and repair.
5. Collaboration on the mechanical, electrical, or power system design of the drone.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in soldering techniques and multimeter usage.
2. Familiarity with the operating principles of multi-rotor and fixed-wing drones.
3. Passion for drones is a plus.
4. Experience with complete drone design is a plus.
5. Experience with drone PID parameter tuning is a plus.
6. Knowledge and application experience with battery power systems is a plus.
7. Possession of a drone license, experience with CAA drone activity applications, or flight plan writing is a plus.
8. Engineering background in electrical/electronic/mechanical/aerospace technology, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
