【Responsibilities】
1、P&L Management and Financial Oversight: Guide local teams on P&L responsibilities, facilitating financial best practices that drive profitability across markets. Support global and local budgeting and planning processes, aiming for sustainable growth in revenue and market share.
2、Strategic Guidance and Support: Develop and communicate global sales and marketing frameworks, ensuring alignment with company objectives while allowing local flexibility.
3、Market Analysis and Insight Sharing: Continuously monitor global and local market trends and competitive dynamics. Share actionable insights that support local teams in optimizing their strategies to drive growth and meet financial goals.
4、Local Collaboration and Empowerment: Partner with local teams to inspire and support their execution, providing the latest tools and resources to drive local successes.
5、Identification and Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Work closely with local teams to identify challenges in their plans. Offer tailored solutions across sales, performance marketing, channel strategy, or communications to pursue sales and efficiency goals.
6、Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product team, operations, and finance, HQ and local, to ensure consistent execution of brand strategy and unified messaging across regions.
7、Best Practice Facilitation: Identify, document, and share local successes and innovations across the organization, fostering a collaborative learning culture.
8、Resource Provision: Act as a resource hub for markets, delivering templates, guidelines, and assets that local teams can leverage for consistent yet locally tailored execution.
