工作內容
1. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic priorities to drive international business growth.
2. Expand the customer base through direct engagement and relationship management with global customers, while strengthening partnerships with existing accounts.
3. Analyze pharmaceutical market trends and commercial potential, and develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase ONENESS’s market share in the Pharma sector.
4. Lead business development projects with customers in the U.S. and Europe, including customer presentations, project planning and execution, and successful deal closure; strong negotiation and closing skills are required.
5. Provide timely and professional customer support, coordinating internal resources as needed to ensure effective response to customer needs.
6. Collaborate closely with market access, marketing, sales, and product development teams to define integrated strategies and reinforce ONENESS’s positioning as a multi-product / solutions partner for customers’ new product introductions.
7. Work with global support teams throughout product development and commercial execution, providing technical and project support to customers as required.
8. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and a positive teamwork culture to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery of key milestones.
9. Manage due diligence processes related to out-licensing opportunities, including data compilation, electronic document management, distribution of key materials and samples, and tracking of due diligence progress.
10. As business needs arise, support the preparation and review of term sheets and related legal documentation, and coordinate cross-functional communication with R&D and finance teams.

2. 透過全球客戶之直接拜訪與關係經營,拓展新客戶並深化既有客戶合作,持續擴大客戶基礎。
3. 分析製藥市場趨勢與商機潛力,擬定並執行市場拓展策略,以提升 ONENESS 於 Pharma 市場之市占率。
4. 負責美國及歐洲客戶之業務開發專案,包含簡報提案、專案規劃與執行,並成功促成新業務合作;需具備良好談判與成交能力。
5. 提供即時且專業的客戶支援,並於必要時整合內部資源,以確保客戶需求獲得有效回應。
6. 與市場准入、行銷、業務及產品開發團隊密切合作,擬定整體策略,強化 ONENESS 作為客戶新產品導入之多元產品/解決方案合作夥伴的市場定位。
7. 於產品開發與商務推進過程中,與全球支援團隊協作,並視需求提供客戶端技術與專案支援。
8. 建立良好的跨團隊合作與共事文化,確保專案運作順暢並如期完成各項交付目標。
9. 負責對外授權(Out-licensing)相關之盡職調查流程管理,包括資料彙整、電子文件管理、關鍵資料與樣品之分發,以及盡職調查進度追蹤。
10. 視業務需求,協助擬定與審閱交易條款摘要(Term Sheet)及相關法律文件,並與研發、財務等單位進行跨部門溝通與協調。
