About the Role - 
Arizon RFID Technology is a global leader in RFID solutions, with operations across Greater China, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Japan. We are seeking a Head of IT to lead and unify our group-level technology infrastructure and governance.
This role oversees IT operations across all Arizon entities, ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, data governance, and network performance that meet both global standards and local compliance requirements. The position works closely with leaders across regions to build a cohesive, secure, and scalable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities -
1. IT Infrastructure & Operations
• Oversee Arizon's global IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, connectivity, and system uptime across all regional sites.
• Ensure robust network security, firewall management, and access control to safeguard company data and intellectual property.
• Manage hardware and software asset lifecycles across sites, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal in line with group policies.
• Lead efforts to unify email, file-sharing, and collaboration platforms across regions for efficiency, data integrity, and security.
2. System Integration & Standardization
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks across all Arizon entities.
• Ensure consistent configuration and integration of ERP, HRIS, and enterprise systems across regions.
• Partner with corporate functions to align IT systems with financial, legal, and audit requirements.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance cross-site collaboration.
3. Cybersecurity & Data Governance
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, and incident response plans.
• Implement data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with global and local data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CSL, PDPA, CCPA).
• Conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments to safeguard systems and information assets.
4. Leadership & Vendor Management
• Lead a cross-site IT team, providing technical guidance, clear priorities, and continuous skill development.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, ensuring service-level compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to align IT priorities with business needs and operational growth.
• Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to support global and regional projects.
