*Key Accountabilities: 1.Marketing Planning. *Prepare the marketing plan and budget allocation yearly. *Contro marketing budget and review expense with top manager. *Execute the marketing & communication program to empower the brand development. *360 degree marketing approach to recruit young generations. 2.PR and Event. *Annual PR campaign to activate brand awareness in event and media *Handle press inquiries *Explore for any opportunity to cooperate with media for premium and long term publicity 3.Sponsorship and Join promotion. Evaluate requests and cooperate with third party for events. 4.Advertising. *Annual advertising campaign plan and execution in line with HQ guideline *Monitor the A&P budget *Renew the POS amination followed by HQ *Generate advertising opportunities with key retailers 5.Leadership and teamwork. 6.Customer Relationship.
