工作內容
1. Contribute to the strategic planning and flawless execution of physical and
experiential marketing campaigns, focusing on key brand events and retail
environments.
2. Lead coordination and on-site support for key brand events, including Press
Conferences, VIP Activations, Product Exhibitions, and In-Store Events.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media and freelancer to
maximize brand impact through collaborative campaigns.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with department stores to communicate seasonal
cmpaign details and coordinate joint marketing opportunities.
5. Develop compelling marketing decks, analytical reports, and bilingual press
materials to support brand storytelling and decision-making.
6. Interpret marketing performance data and consumer insights related to physical
events to drive continuous optimization and innovation.
7. Serve as a communication hub within the department and across functions,
ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and brand standards are met.
8. Support various global/regional assignments and brand directives delegated by
the Headquarters.
9. Administer marketing budget tracking, expense reporting, and payment
requisition processes for all executed projects.
10. Assist in administering marketing assets and inventory (including brand
gifts/premiums), ensuring proper usage and allocation.
11. Curate and consolidate media coverage, preparing structured final reports for
internal reference and strategic alignment.
