Maintain existing customers and actively develop new prospects/channels to promote the product portfolio. - Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relations, communicate company policy/business plans, and ensure service quality. - Finance & Risk Control: Strictly implement Accounts Receivable (AR) management and continuously monitor customer financial status. - Market Strategy & Analysis: Gather competition data and market dynamics, proposing concrete sales strategies and action plans from customer/regional perspectives. - System & Forecasting: Utilize the B2B CRM system for customer visit planning and provide accurate volume forecasts.
Shared & Professional Support - Expertise Delivery: Deliver industry trends, product professionalism, and the benefits of digital solutions. - Technical Service & Complaint: Act as the Best Technical Sales Force (BTSF), serve as the 1st-gate product complaint handler, and report information according to guidelines. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Support Marketing events, Pricing data collection, and participate in various sales or cross-departmental projects.
